Expansion of an existing ophthalmology clinic and medical office in Beverly Hills, California. The healthcare tenant improvement enhanced the clinic with additional clinical and office space to support patient care and practice growth.
This medical office renovation required a carefully coordinated MEP engineering approach to integrate healthcare building systems while maintaining operational efficiency, patient comfort, and compliance with applicable codes.
Project Scope
