The Cardinal Health project consists of a 10,000-square-foot interior renovation within an existing single-story light industrial building. This tenant improvement modernizes office and support spaces to better align with current operational needs, including expanded amenities and reconfigured work areas.
MEP engineering design supported the renovation and reconfiguration of interior office spaces, including a remodeled lunchroom, expanded restrooms, and updated workstation areas. The scope involved adapting existing building systems to accommodate new layouts while maintaining efficiency and minimizing disruption to ongoing operations.
Design coordination focused on integrating mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within the revised floor plan, including support for expanded dining areas, increased restroom capacity, and new open office environments. The approach emphasized constructability and efficient use of existing infrastructure.
