Project Overview
Working with RedCar Properties, this was a tenant improvement project of a commercial office building for VaynerMedia, and the headquarters of well-known media personality and Resy software partner Gary Vaynerchuk, aka “Gary Vee”.
Project Scope
The interior design renovation of this open-air four level structure included work stations, meeting rooms, media production space, as well as indoor and outdoor lounge areas. Extensive coordination was necessary to meet specific lighting footcandle requirements on three floors, along with client IT requirements.
