Interior renovation and expansion of a high-end retail space located in San Diego, California. This luxury retail tenant improvement enhances the store environment to align with updated brand standards while supporting phased construction and future design flexibility.
Project Scope
The project includes updated power, lighting, HVAC, and plumbing systems, coordinated to meet the very specific and demanding performance and aesthetic requirements of a luxury retail environment.
An additional challenge to the project is that it needed to be designed and delivered in two construction phases, requiring careful planning to maintain operations and ensure seamless system integration. Additionally, a separate design and permit set is included for a 1,080-square-foot remote back-of-house space.
