Project Overview
MEP engineering for the 6131 Orangethorpe Avenue – Floors 1, 2 & 3 project supports the partial interior renovation of multiple floors within an existing office building in Buena Park, California.
The project encompasses approximately 20,900 square feet of office improvements distributed across the first, second, and third floors. Renovations include modifications to HVAC, electrical power, lighting, and plumbing systems to accommodate updated office layouts and operational requirements.
Although the renovation areas are distributed across three separate floors, the improvements are coordinated and submitted under one permit set.
Project Scope
MEP engineering services include revisions to HVAC, electrical power, lighting, and plumbing systems throughout the affected portions of Floors 1, 2, and 3.
The renovation includes approximately 16,200 square feet on the first floor, 3,200 square feet on the second floor, and 1,500 square feet on the third floor.
Building systems are coordinated with the revised office layouts while integrating with the existing infrastructure serving the building.
