Interior renovation of a luxury retail boutique at San Francisco Premium Outlets in Livermore, California. The project focused on electrical infrastructure upgrades to support updated sales floor lighting and new custom millwork while maintaining the premium shopping environment.
This luxury retail tenant improvement required a coordinated electrical engineering approach to integrate new lighting and power systems with minimal disruption to the existing store.
Project Scope
MEP engineering focused on electrical design for new ceiling lighting concept and layouts throughout the sales area. Design also included new power distribution to support custom millwork installations.
