Project Overview
This adaptive reuse project encompassed a major renovation to convert a 19 story high-rise office building into a luxury residential apartment complex.
Project Scope
The scope of the project included two levels of subterranean parking with electric vehicle (EV) charging stations, and above ground parking on the main floor alongside restaurant and retail space, tenant spaces, a common area and mailroom. The 255 residential 1-2 bedroom units were housed on the 5th-18th floors. The building featured fitness areas on nine floors, shared office space on three floors, separate club room spaces and a rooftop pool, spa and barbeque area with amenities.
