Project Overview
This privately developed mixed-use project was underway when Lam+Tea Engineering was requested as the new Electrical Engineer of Record.
Project Scope
The design included a first floor retail space, along with adjoining towers featuring both commercial and retail components, as well as a rooftop pool and bar area. The towers, one rising 32 stories high, the other 14 stories, are separated by five floors of parking space accommodating 800 cars and 500 bicycles.
