333 Flower (World Trade Center)

The team has been helpful not only in design but also during construction. The response and communications have been good and prompt. We appreciate Tamara and Bassam being very quick in responding to RFIs, especially during construction when things are moving very rapidly.

Project Overview

The adaptive reuse project at the former World Trade Center / 333 Flower Street in Downtown Los Angeles involves converting an underutilized office complex into a large affordable housing development under the City’s expanded Adaptive Reuse Ordinance. The redevelopment proposes converting the largely underutilized office tower into 512 units of 100% affordable housing. The project is being highlighted by the City of Los Angeles as a model for office-to-residential conversion following the expansion of the ordinance citywide in 2026.

Project Scope

The project will consist of adaptive reuse of an existing office building to a 13 story, 512-unit apartment building located at 333 Flower Street, Los Angeles, California. Total building area is 291,224 sq. ft.
