Project Overview
MEP engineering for the Southeast Valley Roller Rink / Recreation Center project supports the development of two new recreation buildings located at 12515 Sheldon Street in Sun Valley, California.
The project includes a new roller rink and recreation facility designed to provide dedicated spaces for community recreation and activities. In addition to the building systems, the engineering scope extends into the surrounding site with electrical infrastructure and lighting circuiting for parking and landscaped areas.
New electrical utility services and metering equipment are also incorporated into the design to provide the infrastructure required to support the new facilities.
Project Scope
MEP engineering services include mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design for the new roller rink and recreation buildings, along with associated site electrical infrastructure.
Electrical engineering includes power distribution and lighting systems for the buildings as well as circuiting for exterior parking and surrounding landscape lighting. The project also requires coordination and design of new electrical services and meter equipment serving the development.
Building and site systems are coordinated as an integrated design to support recreational activities, occupant comfort, exterior circulation, operational requirements, and long-term facility performance.
