The tenant improvement transforms Levels 7 through 10 into a modern workplace that combines corporate offices with design and production functions. The renovated space includes open and private offices, conference rooms, design studios, production and sewing areas, storage and packaging rooms, server and IT rooms, breakrooms, restrooms, and other support spaces. The project required a coordinated MEP engineering approach to accommodate multiple occupancy types while integrating seamlessly with the existing building infrastructure.
Project Scope
MEP engineering services include HVAC design, electrical design, lighting design, and plumbing design for the multi-floor tenant improvement.
