Interior renovation of the Christian Dior boutique store at Highland Park Village in Dallas, Texas.
This luxury retail tenant improvement required a coordinated MEP engineering approach to integrate new building systems within an existing occupied store while maintaining the operational and aesthetic standards of a global luxury brand.
Project Scope
MEP engineering design included renovations to the HVAC, electrical, lighting, and plumbing systems for the store.
Engineering efforts emphasized efficient coordination of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing designs with an evolving architectural layout. The infrastructure was designed to remain flexible as the final space plan was refined, while minimizing construction impacts within the occupied store.
