Project Overview
This tenant improvement project located in Two California Plaza involved the renovation of one and a half floors of the downtown Los Angeles high-rise building space into new offices for the law firm Davis, Wright and Tremaine.
Project Scope
The project required meeting the building’s standards in providing new power to existing MEP systems with challenging limitations, as well as new lighting and controls, HVAC, and new restroom plumbing.
