Electrical Engineering
Our electrical engineering services include a comprehensive review of existing as-built documents and system capacities to determine necessary upgrades. We will develop a full interior electrical design, including circuiting for interior and exterior lighting, lighting control intent, emergency egress lighting, and general power distribution supporting all project systems. Our team will also provide energy compliance documentation, single-line diagrams, voltage drop and short-circuit calculations, and coordinated provisions for low-voltage infrastructure. Fire alarm device locations will be shown for reference, with final design by the selected design-build contractor.

Mechanical Engineering
Mechanical design services begin with a detailed review of existing documentation and on-site conditions. Our scope includes preparing zoning diagrams, designing new HVAC equipment as needed, and developing new air distribution layouts with coordinated supply and return diffuser selections. We will also provide exhaust systems for new restrooms, ventilation for water-heating equipment, and applicable state mechanical energy compliance calculations. A full Mechanical Title 24 envelope model and compliance forms will be completed to ensure adherence to energy standards.

Plumbing Engineering
Our plumbing engineering scope includes reviewing existing building records and verifying present conditions in the field. We will design piping systems for new restroom and breakroom fixtures, provide condensate drainage for mechanical equipment, and develop piping solutions for new water heaters as required. A complete plumbing riser diagram will be prepared to support plan review and permitting, ensuring the renovated spaces are fully coordinated and compliant with current codes.
