Project Overview

This project involves the interior renovation of Office Suite 655 in an existing commercial building at 9440 Santa Monica Boulevard, Los Angeles, California. The renovation includes design updates for lighting, power, HVAC, and plumbing systems, delivering a modern, functional, and comfortable workspace while ensuring efficiency and code compliance throughout the suite.

Project Scope

Electrical Design
Our electrical design for Office Suite 655 included a full interior power and lighting system, emergency egress lighting, and compliance with Title 24 energy codes. We prepared lighting control diagrams, power circuit plans, single-line diagrams, and layouts for low-voltage systems, all coordinated with the architect’s plans to ensure seamless integration and reliable performance throughout the suite.

Mechanical Design
The mechanical design focused on new HVAC equipment, air distribution layouts, and supply and return diffusers, including supplemental HVAC for the IT room. All systems were designed for efficiency, comfort, and compliance with state energy codes, creating a well-conditioned and functional workspace.

Plumbing Design
Plumbing design addressed new pantry and breakroom fixtures and included riser diagrams as required. Systems were coordinated to ensure reliability, efficiency, and code compliance while supporting the overall functionality of the office space.
