Project Scope

Electrical Engineering
Electrical services included reviewing as-built drawings, observing existing conditions, and evaluating system capacity to determine additional equipment needs. The design scope covered lighting layouts with specifications and photometrics, interior lighting circuiting, Title 24 lighting control diagrams and energy compliance calculations, emergency egress lighting layouts, power circuit plans including refrigeration and specialty equipment, low-voltage conduit coordination, single-line diagrams, and voltage drop/short-circuit calculations.

Mechanical Engineering
Mechanical services focused on documenting existing conditions and designing new HVAC systems as needed. Deliverables included zoning diagrams, air distribution layouts, supply and return diffuser design, supplemental HVAC equipment, and cooling for low-voltage racks or equipment.

Plumbing Engineering
Plumbing services included reviewing as-built drawings, documenting existing systems, designing piping for new kitchenette fixtures, preparing plumbing riser diagrams, and coordinating with Health Department submittals.
