MEP engineering for the Louis Vuitton – Houston Women’s project supports the interior renovation of approximately 11,500 square feet of high-end retail space located at 5085 Westheimer Road in Houston, Texas.
The project involves the modernization of the existing Louis Vuitton women’s boutique through new and revised mechanical, electrical, lighting, and plumbing systems. The engineering design is carefully coordinated with the architectural and interior design to support merchandise presentation, customer comfort, retail operations, and the premium environment associated with the Louis Vuitton brand.
Project Scope
MEP engineering services include new and revised HVAC, electrical power, lighting, and plumbing design.
Building systems are coordinated with customer-facing sales areas, merchandise displays, fitting and consultation areas, point-of-sale functions, storage, employee spaces, and associated back-of-house areas. New and revised tenant systems are integrated with the existing building infrastructure to provide reliable performance while accommodating the detailed architectural requirements of a luxury retail environment.
