The scope includes utility service upgrades and design improvements to the Ground, Second, and Third Floors, with no work anticipated at the Fourth Floor or Roof level. Electrical Engineering
The electrical scope includes a review of existing documentation and site conditions, service upgrade calculations, and utility application preparation for approval. Work includes assessment of electrical system capacity, full interior electrical system design, lighting and power circuiting, Title 24 lighting controls, emergency egress lighting, and state energy compliance documentation. Additional deliverables include a single-line diagram, voltage drop and short circuit calculations, and provisions for low-voltage conduit pathways.
Mechanical Engineering
Mechanical services include review of existing conditions and design of HVAC system upgrades. Scope includes zoning diagrams, new HVAC equipment selection, air distribution layouts, return and supply diffuser design, and state mechanical energy compliance documentation.
Plumbing Engineering
Plumbing services include review of existing documentation and site conditions, and design for new restroom plumbing fixtures along with condensate drainage requirements for HVAC equipment.
