The Los Angeles Superior Court Tower at 600 S. Commonwealth Avenue is undergoing a transformative adaptive reuse project. This 19-story office building, originally designed by Langdon and Wilson and completed in 1972, is being converted into 428 live/work apartments.
The project will consist of adaptive reuse of an existing office building to a 19 story apartment building located at 600 Commonwealth Blvd., Los Angeles, California. Total building area is 339,746 sq. ft. There is an existing 4-level underground parking which will remain as is. Part of the existing parking structure will be repurposed into resident storage and tenant amenity areas, enhancing the building’s functionality.
