Understanding the roles of the key players involved - the tenant, landlord/property manager, leasing agent, architect, contractors and engineers is the prerequisite to project success. We believe in proactive, timely communication to the clients and other team members so that critical issues can be identified and resolved early on in the design process to avoid cost overruns. Timely responses to RFI and submittal during construction are also important in meeting stringent construction schedules. We strive to help shorten the design-bid-build cycle to enable early occupancy as soon as possible.
