USC – Fire Pump ATS/Control Panel
Project Overview
The project will consist of providing electrical drawings for the replacement of an existing Fire Pump control panel and ATS cabinet at the USC Keck Medical building on San Pablo. Drawings are for budgeting and Express permitting purposes. New equipment shall match existing in specification and type. Scope may also include creating limited backgrounds for drawings and layout.

The electrical scope includes providing revised single-line diagrams, floor plan drawings, and applicable specifications reflecting the required scope of changes. Coordination with the City will be supported through meetings with the plan checker and inspector as needed. The scope also includes attending up to five (5) meetings and/or phone conferences to review design intent, address technical inquiries, and facilitate project coordination.
