This project involves the limited renovation of a high-end retail store at 445 North Rodeo Drive, Beverly Hills, California, including the mezzanine and a new chair lift. The remodel encompasses updates to lighting, power, HVAC, and plumbing systems across approximately 2,030 square feet of interior space. The design also targets LEED Gold certification, reflecting a commitment to sustainability and high-quality, efficient retail environments.

Electrical Engineering: Includes review of as-built/record drawings, site observation, assessment of existing electrical capacity, and design of the complete interior electrical system. Services cover interior lighting circuiting plans, lighting control diagrams per Title 24, power circuit plans, empty conduit layouts for low-voltage systems, and preparation of single-line diagrams. Note: lighting fixture layout, specifications, and low-voltage wiring by others.
Mechanical Engineering: Includes review of as-built drawings, site observation, design of new HVAC equipment, air distribution layout, and specification of return and supply diffusers.
Plumbing Engineering: Includes review of as-built drawings, site observation, and design of plumbing fixtures for the new pantry and restroom.
