The project’s mechanical and plumbing plans were previously approved through plan check under the original Engineer of Record. With the original engineering firm no longer available to provide local project support, Lam + Tea Engineering was retained to provide engineering continuity during construction. At the time of transition, the development was approximately 50% complete.
