A tenant improvement project for a large medical office building in Thousand Oaks, California.
Project Scope
This two story medical office building renovation required plumbing design for new restrooms, existing restrooms, showers and kitchen on the first floor and restrooms on the second floor. Mechanical design of ductwork for new offices on the first floor and entire second floor space was also provided.
