Project Overview
MEP engineering for The Gathering Church supports the development of a new-construction metal building designed to accommodate church services and associated activities.
The facility requires coordinated building systems appropriate for a religious assembly environment, where occupancy can vary significantly depending on worship services, gatherings, and other church-related functions.
The project is currently anticipated not to require state review. Should this requirement change during the design process, additional engineering services may be necessary to address the expanded review and approval requirements.
Project Scope
MEP Engineering provides coordinated MEP engineering to support the new church facility and its intended assembly and activity spaces.
The engineering design is developed in coordination with the architectural layout and metal building configuration, with particular consideration given to the operational requirements of a church environment.
MEP systems are planned to provide practical infrastructure for regular worship services and associated church activities while supporting efficient construction and long-term facility operations.
