The renovated space includes an open office, reception area, lunchroom, private offices, conference room, two restrooms, an exam room, and a janitor closet. The project required a coordinated MEP engineering approach to create a functional healthcare office environment that supports administrative operations and patient services while integrating seamlessly with the existing building infrastructure.
Project Scope
MEP engineering services include HVAC design, electrical design, lighting design, and plumbing design for the interior tenant improvement. Building systems were designed to support office workspaces, clinical functions, employee support areas, and public spaces while maximizing occupant comfort, operational efficiency, and long-term reliability.
