Electrical Engineering
Electrical design for this retail renovation includes a thorough review of existing conditions and as-built documentation, where available, to assess system capacity and anticipated loads. The scope covers revisions to the interior electrical system, including lighting circuiting plans and lighting control diagrams that comply with Title 24 requirements. State lighting energy compliance calculations and forms are provided, along with a single-line diagram reflecting field-observed or as-built conditions. Voltage drop and short-circuit (AIC) calculations are also performed as required, ensuring a safe, efficient, and code-compliant electrical system.
