It was a tough project to understand, but the Lam+Tea Engineering team did a really good job, and I enjoy working with them. Communication has been very effective and the project has progressed smoothly with no issues.

The team has been helpful not only in design but also during construction. The response and communications have been good and prompt. We appreciate Tamara and Bassam being very quick in responding to RFIs, especially during construction when things are moving very rapidly.
This project involves a partial interior renovation of a three-level, high-end retail space at 295 Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills, California. The scope includes updated designs for furniture power and lighting, along with the addition of select new chandeliers to elevate the space’s ambiance. The renovation aims to create a refined, functional, and visually striking environment that reflects the luxury character of the retail experience.
Electrical Engineering
Electrical design for this retail renovation includes a thorough review of existing conditions and as-built documentation, where available, to assess system capacity and anticipated loads. The scope covers revisions to the interior electrical system, including lighting circuiting plans and lighting control diagrams that comply with Title 24 requirements. State lighting energy compliance calculations and forms are provided, along with a single-line diagram reflecting field-observed or as-built conditions. Voltage drop and short-circuit (AIC) calculations are also performed as required, ensuring a safe, efficient, and code-compliant electrical system.
