Electrical Engineering: Services include review of as-built/record drawings, assessment of existing system capacity, and design of the complete interior electrical system. This encompasses interior and exterior lighting circuiting plans, lighting control diagrams per Title 24, energy compliance calculations, emergency egress lighting layouts, power circuit plans for general, mechanical, and plumbing systems, empty conduit layouts for low-voltage systems, single-line diagrams, and voltage drop and short-circuit calculations. Mechanical Engineering: Services include review of as-built drawings, site observation, zoning diagrams, design and specification of new HVAC equipment, air distribution layouts, and return and supply diffuser design.
Plumbing Engineering: Services include review of as-built drawings, site observation, piping design for new breakroom fixtures, HVAC condensate drainage, and plumbing riser diagrams as required.
