Hermes Palo Alto – Minor Works
Project Overview
The project consists of a minor interior renovation within a high-end retail space located at the Stanford Shopping Center in Palo Alto, California. The scope of work includes revised power design to support updates within the space. The total affected renovation area is approximately 265 square feet.
Project Scope
Lam+Tea Engineering’s scope of services includes a review of the existing as-built drawings, where available, and an assessment of the current electrical system capacity and anticipated loads to determine system suitability for the renovation. The design will include a complete interior electrical system upgrade, featuring a revised power circuit plan to support the updated space layout. Power and receptacle layouts will be provided by the Architect in CAD format for coordination. A single-line diagram will be prepared based on available as-built documentation; however, the diagram may not represent the full electrical system in its entirety due to existing field conditions.
