Electrical Design
Electrical engineering services include reviewing existing conditions and system capacity, determining tenant connection points, and designing a complete interior electrical system. Scope covers interior and exterior lighting circuiting, lighting control layouts, energy compliance calculations, emergency egress lighting, power distribution for mechanical and plumbing systems, low-voltage conduit coordination, single-line diagrams, power to the new elevator, and voltage drop/short circuit calculations.

Mechanical Design
Mechanical engineering services include reviewing existing conditions and providing a full HVAC design. Scope includes zoning diagrams, specification and design of new HVAC equipment, air distribution layouts, supply and return diffuser design, restroom exhaust, ventilation for water heaters, cooling for low-voltage equipment, and preparation of required state mechanical energy compliance documentation.

Plumbing Design
Plumbing engineering services include reviewing existing drawings, observing site conditions, and designing piping for new restroom and breakroom fixtures, as well as condensate drainage for HVAC equipment. Plumbing riser diagrams are prepared as required to support coordination and construction.
