Project Scope
Electrical design services for this project include a comprehensive assessment of existing site conditions and as-built documentation to confirm electrical service connection points and system capacity. The scope covers the full interior electrical design, including lighting circuiting, emergency egress lighting, and power distribution as required. Title 24–compliant lighting controls and state energy code calculations and forms will be provided. A single-line diagram will be included based on available field conditions and documentation. Lighting fixture layouts and specifications will be provided by the Architect.
