Lam+Tea Engineering has provided design services for luxury-retailer Bulgari at both the San Francisco and Beverly Hills locations.
Project Scope
An interior renovation of a multi-level high-end retail space located in downtown San Francisco. The project scope involved new/revised designs for power, lighting, HVAC, and plumbing. Similar work and/or site surveys were completed for multiple.
