Project Scope
Electrical Design
Electrical engineering services include reviewing existing conditions, evaluating system capacity, and consolidating three existing tenant services into a single, unified service. The scope covers full interior electrical design, including interior and exterior lighting circuiting, lighting control layouts, energy compliance calculations, emergency egress lighting, power distribution for mechanical and plumbing systems, low-voltage conduit coordination, single-line diagrams, and voltage drop/short circuit calculations. Fire alarm device locations are included for reference.
Mechanical Design
Mechanical engineering services include reviewing existing conditions, providing zoning diagrams, and designing new HVAC systems. Services include air distribution layouts, supply and return diffuser design, exhaust for new restrooms, ventilation for water heaters, cooling for low-voltage equipment racks, and preparation of all required state mechanical energy compliance documentation.
Plumbing Design
Plumbing engineering services include reviewing existing drawings, site observation, and designing piping for new restroom and breakroom fixtures, water heaters, and HVAC condensate drainage. The scope also includes sprinkler head layouts for reference and preparation of plumbing riser diagrams to support construction and coordination.
