The design encompasses approximately 68,700 square feet of interior space and a 22,250-square-foot parking area, delivering a thoughtfully planned community with modern living spaces and shared amenities.

Our construction administration services for this project cover Electrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing systems, ensuring seamless execution from design to completion.
Electrical Engineering: Includes due diligence review, change of engineer of record, and LADWP Supplemental Plan Check—submitting revised drawings to the city and addressing plan check comments. Additional design or calculations are provided as needed on a time-and-material basis.
Mechanical Engineering: Includes due diligence review and change of engineer of record.
Plumbing Engineering: Includes due diligence review and change of engineer of record.
