Electrical Engineering
Scope includes reviewing available as-built drawings and existing site conditions to verify electrical service capacity and points of connection. Services cover the design of the complete interior electrical system, including power distribution for general, mechanical, and plumbing requirements; interior lighting circuiting and Title 24 lighting controls; emergency egress lighting with photometric calculations; state lighting energy compliance documentation; and a single-line diagram based on available field information. Plumbing Engineering
Plumbing services include reviewing as-built drawings, assessing existing site conditions, and designing revisions to plumbing fixtures and related connections, including cleanouts as required.
