Electrical Engineering
Our electrical design services for this 6,000-square-foot medical office renovation include a comprehensive review of existing site conditions and as-built documentation to assess tenant connections, system capacity, and equipment needs. We provide complete interior electrical system design, including lighting circuiting plans, lighting control diagrams per Title 24, energy compliance calculations, emergency egress photometrics, power circuiting for mechanical and plumbing systems, low-voltage conduit coordination, and single-line diagrams with voltage drop and short-circuit calculations. Additionally, we assist with electrical service upgrades, including meterboard specification, transformer placement, and support for dry utility service applications to ensure reliable and code-compliant power infrastructure.
Mechanical Engineering
Mechanical design includes evaluation of existing conditions and development of new HVAC systems to meet the operational demands of the medical office. Services include zoning diagrams, specification of new rooftop units, reuse of existing ductwork, design of new supply and return diffusers, and Title 24 mechanical energy compliance calculations. This approach ensures efficient, comfortable, and code-compliant heating, ventilation, and air conditioning throughout the renovated space.
Plumbing Engineering
Plumbing services cover the design of new fixtures for breakrooms, labs, nurse stations, and bathrooms, as well as drainage for HVAC equipment.
