Electrical scope includes reviewing available as-built drawings, assessing existing site conditions and electrical capacity, and designing a complete interior power system. Services cover lighting circuiting (lighting layout by Architect), lighting controls per Title 24, emergency egress lighting calculations, power distribution for all disciplines, limited low-voltage conduit layouts, single line diagrams, and voltage drop/short circuit calculations based on available information.
Mechanical scope includes review of existing documents and site conditions, development of zoning diagrams, design of any new HVAC systems, exhaust design for the vehicle garage area, new air distribution layouts, return and supply diffuser design, and required mechanical Title 24 energy compliance documentation.
Plumbing scope includes review of existing conditions and drawings, plumbing design for revised restrooms and breakrooms, design of kitchen plumbing fixtures, and HVAC condensate drainage.
