Project Overview
This project involves the expansion of an existing commercial building at 10301 Jefferson Blvd., Culver City, California, currently under construction. Lam+Tea Engineering provides design review and support for Construction Administration, ensuring the project progresses smoothly and aligns with the revised drawings received.
Project Scope
Our design services cover Electrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing systems, providing comprehensive support throughout construction. Services include reviewing city-approved design documents, assisting with shop drawings and submittals, and responding to RFIs. We issue field bulletin revisions as needed, conduct periodic site visits and observations (up to two per month), review contractor-proposed substitutions, and prepare punch lists for final acceptance—ensuring quality and compliance at every stage.
