Johnny Vu is the Co-Founder, Chief Technology Officer (CTO), and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Lam+Tea Engineering. He leads the firm’s technology strategy, operational excellence, and financial management, helping drive innovation, scalability, and business growth across the organization.

With more than 20 years of leadership experience in technology, digital transformation, engineering operations, and enterprise consulting, Johnny has successfully managed multimillion-dollar initiatives for Fortune 500 companies and billion-dollar global organizations. His expertise spans consulting, software architecture, operational strategy, financial management, and business process optimization, enabling him to bridge technology with engineering to deliver efficient, scalable solutions.

Prior to co-founding Lam+Tea Engineering, Johnny held executive leadership positions with organizations including GSPANN Technologies, Charlotte Russe, Hot Topic, The Proactiv Company, Guthy-Renker, William Sonoma, and Infosys, where he led large-scale digital transformation initiatives, enterprise technology programs, and global engineering organizations. Throughout his career, he has built and managed high-performing teams of more than 200 professionals, overseeing architects, engineers, developers, product owners, and quality assurance specialists across both domestic and offshore operations.
