As Principal engineer for both mechanical and plumbing, Garrison has 20 years of consulting experience serving markets from the East to West Coast. Based in Atlanta, then Los Angeles, he established Elder Consulting in Chattanooga, Tennessee in 2015. Skilled in the design of complex HVAC systems, construction administration services, field surveys and building due diligence reporting he is licensed in eight states. In 2023 Elder Consulting expanded its operation by merging with Lam+Tea Engineering thereby establishing LTE’s East Coast office. Well-known by clients for his genuine respect, responsive communication, and dedication to excellence, Garrison’s leadership serves as an example of true commitment to both his community and partners in the industry.
