Bassem Saab

Bassem has over 15 years of mechanical engineering design experience consulting on a variety of project types including commercial offices, high-rise residential, medical offices, high-end retail and tenant improvement.  With a focus on heating, ventilation, air conditioning and plumbing systems, Bassem is responsible for engineering/design, building energy modeling, project management, and construction administration. His expertise includes extensive knowledge in: California’s Mechanical, Plumbing and Green Building Codes, Title 24 requirements, Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) and membership in the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioned Engineers (ASHRAE).
