Jerry Lam
Founder & Principal
While officially established in 2021, Lam+Tea Engineering was decades in the making. After 40 years of service in the engineering design consulting industry Jerry Lam mastered the art of finding solutions for creating efficient, sustainable, high-quality building construction.
Much of that time he spent in collaboration with David Tea, whose own industry career spans 30 years. With a background in electrical engineering, David’s wealth of knowledge and experience led him to head up high-profile projects from every sector in the market. It paved the way for meaningful partnerships with clients, which remains his passion and purpose.
