This project involves the interior improvement of a new 1,000 sq. ft. coffee shop within an existing mixed-use building at 905 Vermont Avenue, Los Angeles, California. The renovation includes upgrades to lighting, power, HVAC, and plumbing systems, creating a functional and inviting space designed for both efficiency and an enhanced customer experience.
Electrical Design
Our electrical design for the 1,000 sq. ft. coffee shop included a complete interior power and lighting system, emergency egress lighting, and compliance with Title 24 energy codes. The design also featured lighting control diagrams, power circuit plans for kitchen and mechanical systems, low-voltage conduit layouts, and single-line diagrams, all coordinated with the architect’s plans to ensure reliable and efficient operation.
Plumbing Design
Plumbing design encompassed new utilities for kitchen equipment and restroom fixtures, a grease interceptor, and HVAC condensate drainage. All systems were carefully planned for functionality, code compliance, and seamless integration within the coffee shop’s compact footprint, supporting both operational efficiency and customer experience.
