Project Overview
This project involves providing an independent HVAC system for two ground-floor retail tenants—Big 5 and T-Mobile—who will remain operational during construction at 3424 Wilshire. The scope includes disconnecting both spaces from the existing 4-pipe building system and replacing it with a new standalone system. The affected areas include approximately 11,500 sq. ft. for Big 5 and 5,700 sq. ft. for T-Mobile.
