Narrator Studios Campus Electric Service Upgrade
Project Overview
Design involved upgrading the existing electrical service for a campus with multiple buildings. The existing buildings all needed the change of use from simple occupancies such as storage and residential to state of the art creative office and production spaces.

This project required a strategic engineering approach to ensure reliable power distribution across multiple buildings for construction to happen in different stages.
This required developing multiple electrical distribution schemes, including single-line diagrams and site plans, to allow the project team and contractors to evaluate optimal system configurations.
The design also incorporated capacity planning for a potential future 10,000-square-foot building at the north end of the campus.
