Project Overview
The project will consist of the interior renovation of an office space in a commercial warehouse building located at 1060 Avenida Acaso in Camarillo, California. Space renovations include reception, private and office areas, breakroom, support rooms and restrooms. The scope of work is based on description and PDFs received on 09/29/25. Approximate total area of the interior is 5,000 square feet.
Project Scope
Mechanical Engineering
The mechanical scope includes reviewing available as-built or record drawings and observing existing site conditions to validate current system configurations. The work includes designing and specifying new mechanical units and equipment, with coordination with the Structural Engineer as required for equipment support or related structural needs. A zoning diagram will be prepared for coordination and review, along with the design and specification of new return and supply diffusers. State mechanical energy compliance calculations and all required forms will also be provided.
Plumbing Engineering
The plumbing scope includes reviewing any available as-built or record drawings and observing existing site conditions to confirm existing utilities and infrastructure. The services include designing plumbing systems for new restroom fixtures and providing drainage requirements associated with HVAC equipment.
