Lam+Tea Engineering partnered with Atmosphere Design Group for the renovation of retail space into a high-end retail store at The Shops at Crystals, Las Vegas.
Project Scope
A retrofit of an existing 5,000 square foot space for high-end retailer Celine. This tenant improvement project involved the installation of a new ceiling, new lighting throughout the store and circuiting for upgraded millwork.
